The Felt F1C frame is sold by Felt to licensed USAC riders. This deal is not advertised by Felt or its dealers. You must be part of a shop team, shop worker, or know someone who works at a shop to find out about the deal. It goes back to the mantra, "if you ask, you shall receive." The Felt FC frame is usually the prior year's Felt F1C. Frame makers tend to improve their designs year after year, and Felt is no different.

How's the ride
You cannot ask for a better ride for the cost. The carbon is just stiff enough but also very comfortable. As with most carbon bikes, the first time that you take the steed out onto the road, you will sense that the road vibration does to a nearly undetectable level. With the money I invested in the bike, I have no need to purchase carbon handlebars or anything else because the frame takes care of road vibration. As a climber, I think the bike is very responsive. I believe my wheels have way more flex than the bike itself. For sprinting, I would say that the bike works like a champ as well. For long distance riding, you will not be dissatisfied.
